If you need something sooner, please feel free to browse our ready-to-ship inventory. These items are available for immediate purchase and shipment.

3. Can I change the size of my custom boots?
Once your order is placed, the size cannot be altered. Please ensure you select the correct size when ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us for guidance.

4. Are custom orders refundable or exchangeable?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom orders. Since each pair is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

5. What if I need to cancel my custom order?
If you cancel a custom order, a 50% restocking fee will apply due to the handmade nature of our products. We recommend making sure all details are correct before confirming your order.
